These individuals think that;
1. They don't have to abide by the law.
2. They are immune from all health conditions that require NHS care.
3. They are exempt from the rules and regulations different government authorities enforce.

4. They are far superior to everyone else.
5. The solution to every problem can be solved using money.
These individuals can be identified by;
1. Their constant snotty attitude.
2. The look of distaste plastered on their faces.
3. Their head missing, for it's shoved firmly up their a*se.
