pizza knees is what you get when you pick up a fresh pizza from the pizza parlor and hold it in your lap on the way home in the car.

I just picked up the pizza from Brothers' Pizza and now I have pizza knees.

When you fall onto your knees on a rocky/gravelly path,
Scraping both knees on impact, little rocks and debris stick to the scraped area.
Giving the grim impression of pizza on your knees.

Usually happens while rollerblading up gravel paths.

"I was rollerblading down that path when I fell over and got pizza knees"
