A most delicious gingerbread cookie of German origin, generally eaten at Christmastime. From "pfeffer" pepper, and "nuesse" nuts.

3 & 3/4 c flour
1 & 1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2/3 c honey
3 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 c milk (approx)
1 & 1/4 tsp lemon extract
