Referring to some one who is pussy whipped (PW). Some one who is being bossed around by his women and has no say so in any of the couples matters. Someone who doesn't hang with his friends because the women won't let him.

A vocal pronunciation of the internet slang word pwn3d. Because "pwn3d" requires seven syllables to pronounce, it is often more convenient to use this two-syllable contraction.
