When you're an Oxledus you're instantly a good leader.

Person 1: Oh shit, now he scary!

Typically Canadian, and can not raise their voice at all.
They are also intelligent, usually graduating from University.
Once you become an Oxledus, you instantly become a good leader.

Person 1: Yo! This guy is so chill and he's a great leader!
Person 2: No shit, he's an Oxledus.
