It's a depiction of a face with two giant eyes and a mouth. Tipically used by more complex beings like the "weeb" and the "furries". There are 2 pronunciations of OwO 1 being "ooh-woo", the other being "oh-whoa"
1: OwO is to this day an ongoing furry meme, meaning something caught your attention usually followed by some form of "What's this?" and sometimes after that "*notices*" then something to finish it off, often something lewd. There are however other variations, and here are a few different variations!
2: UwU {Relaxation and/or satisfied pleasure.} Generally furries (and weeaboos) use this, for furries it's like I said but alot seem to use it for erp. {erotic role play} Weeaboos however use it as an expression of not being what society considers to be normal.
3: ^w^ {excitement.} If you know the clip of songebob saying "I'm ready!" it's basically that.
