Oozer 

A person so large that they are too large to fit completely into their assigned seat and “ooze” into your seat or arm rest on an airplane or stadium.

The oozer next to me on my flight took up at least five inches of my seat, the entire arm area which made it impossible tor the arm rest to go down.
