Originated from the hit TV show "Greys Anatomy", meaning "to be a lesbian once"

Also "Twicebian" meaning "to be a lesbian twice"

Yang: It wasn't like she was your girl friend...Oh, so you're a lesbian?
Mcsteamy: More like a oncebian
Kally: Or maybe a twicebian, I dont know.
