To be on the same rock with someone is to be in tune with each other's thoughts.

Daniel: "Dude. We should make a pizza."
Meg: "I was thinking the exact same thing! We are totally on the same rock broski."

Not landing on the same rock

When you're just not on the same wavelength or the same thought pattern as someone else, and it is causing tension between you.
This is usually unintentional, and can be frustrating for both people.

Guy 1: "Dude, you're kinda getting on my nerves today"
Guy 2: "Sorry man, I'm not trying to do anything on purpose"
Guy 1: "It's alright, I think we're just not landing on the same rock"
