Omww means Oh my Will Wood. It's a bit like "Oh my god!" or "Oh my lord!" but the "God" or "Lord part is replaced with "Will Wood"

Person 1: "Omww I just heard you got a new friend!!"
Person 2: Yea!! Shes so cool!!
