noobicide 

Noobicide: a variation of the term genocide; where, in PC and Console gaming, players of higher skill level prey upon those of lesser skill level in an endeavor to rid the world of noobs. This senseless fragging is believed to grant a superficial feeling of accomplishment. This is supposedly such an accomplishment that the victors often sing their own praises afterwards.

Full-Sentence Example: "I fragged loads of noobs in a senseless display of noobicide, and now I feel a sense of superficial pride; which makes me want to retell the tale to others."
