nlcs girl

An NLCS girl is really cool and smart but doesn’t really have many contacts with boys because they are in the middle of nowhere (Edgware). To become an NLCS girl you have to get into North London Colliguate and spend the rest of your life doing homework. NLCS girls usually have addictions to shopping, homework and/or bake sales and tuck ( a tuck shop). NLCS usually only wear brown and blue but not by choice... it is the tragic uniform NLCS girls are forced to wear.
Person no.1: omg look at her she’s definitely an NLCS girl.
Person no.2: why do you say that?
Person no.1: she spends all her free time shopping or doing homework.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
