Sometimes 'Nguyen's' are too much unoriginally for those vietnamese people and they will simply find a unique way to spell 'nguyen' thus adding an extra 'n' to 'nguyen,' creating Nguyenn.

girl: writes, "Mimi Nguyenn" on top of her paper.
