like word vomit but when you say something nerdy in a conversation unintentionally.

Nerd: "Yeah, the whole situation to me was weird because it reminded me of this episode of Star Trek the other day..."

Cool Kid: "Wait, what?"

Nerd: "Sorry about the nerd vomit."
