"Progressives" who habitually neg, poo-poo, and generally debbie-down on other people trying to DOTHETHING. Frequently, (though not exclusively,) occupying whyte male energy and taking up space in online Progressive groups. Generally actionless creatures, they are always ready in the chat with predator-like reflexes to quickly criticize and break down ideas not their own.

Passive Niggressive 

When a person or persons of African American descent exhibit passive aggressive behavior toward those considered to be Caucasian simply because of their race.

That black guy crossing the street just started walking three times slower when he saw there was a white person driving the car he was in front of! How passive niggressive!
