mortis interruptus

Attempted murder, in law. From the Latin for “interrupted death.” See coitus interruptus (the withdrawal method of birth control).
My client was indicted on charges of mortis interruptus, and we will be arguing that he didn’t have the mens rea (intent/mental state) required for a conviction.
