minxy moo

a friend (usually female) who behaves in a suggestive or promiscuous way, but due to your lack of desire to compromise or damage the friendship, you accept their provocative behaviour, although you acknowledge it through deeming them a ‘minxy moo’ in a playful way (also known as banter).

sally : omg jeb do you think i’m a hoe !?!
