examples: Bruh are you medium lit?, dude you aren't even medium lit youre like maybe quarter.

medium lit 

Somewhere between able to drive and vomiting in your shirt so no one sees. Possibly able to drive a short distance safely even though you shouldn't. A BAC between the ranges 0.06 and 0.10.

Katie: Were you trashed last night when you ran over that deer?
Brad: I was medium lit. Otherwise I would have pulled over and made a tuxedo out of the carcass and ran around with it.
