Closely resembles a regular sore throat but it differs in the fact that you can finally place the blame of your regular sore throat on something i.e the mall. common among guys waiting at the chili's bar while their girlfriends buy shit they don't need and ddr players. many hardcore shoppers have built up a tolerance to this condition.
