It is when you are begging for like or trying to trick people into likeing your comment to get attention.

These comments often end with something akin to "Like if you agree"

Its called like whoring because your whoring out your dignity for likes

Like whoring comment on youtube: "Omg, that was sooooo funny, like if you agree 😆😆👌👌"

The act of liking every comment made on one's Facebook status. Usually done out of boredom or to annoy people.

Person 1: DUDE! Why are you liking all my comments?? You're spamming my feed
Likewhore: Sorry..I'm just really bored
Person 1: Well quit like whoring and go Facebook stalk some random hott trim

whoaing like Keanu Reeves 

A state of fascination or awe. Therefore, you say "whoa" in response to whatever you find unbelievable.

This definition is dervied from the movie The Matrix starring Keanu Reeves. He says "whoa" once he learns of his incredible powers.

Example #1 "Oh my God, I'm totally whoaing like Keanu Reeves over here. Did you see Vanilla Sky? What a mind bender!" says Jules.

Example #2 "The sex has to be great," says Marc. "It has to be so good that is has you whoaing like Keanu Reeves."
