This sentence is an exaggeration/hyperbole referring to the show blue lock , an anime with 2 seasons on crunchyroll . It's said by the character Itoshi Rin , a main character in the show . He is currently in flow , a slim way of playing soccer , a stage of concentration that's very hard to reach on demand . It's usually used as a joke In The blue lock community and is a way to find out if someone is a fan of the anime .

Fan: Have you ever played soccer with your life on the line ?
Other fan : ha! That's a funny joke , you watch blue lock ?

caged plutonium which is a transuranic material that has a half-life of 24,065 years, making it decay (into different elements) inside a zinc-aluminum hull (the aluminum delicates due to the radiation and thus might crumble depending on the weight of plutonium-239) but doesn't rust as easily due to the zinc coating
