Bob was an avid yet arrogant vintage car collector. His constant and annoying claims he was the expert on every 1963 Lincoln model made led to his being referred to as a knoll-it-all.

Self-centered Bob broke all the rules getting elected. He was out for only himself. He made lots of enemies. Some called him a knoll-it-all in the deepest conviction that karma would solve all their problems without human intervention.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
