1. One who engages in kleptogamy.
2. An unscrupulous and dastardly person, usually a male, whose agency consists of seeking social status, clout, and power through undermining other males, primarily in the form of white-knighting on behalf of females.

hile there are many good arguments in favor of repealing the 19th amendment, and many women amenable to these arguments, the sheer number of kleptogamists in society who would seek to sabotage the effort, purely to signal their virtue in an effort to make their mommies proud, renders the endeavor untenable.

Kleptokakistocracy 

A system of government which is run by the worst, least qualified, and most unscrupulous citizens who exploit natural resources and people, and steal for personal financial or political gain.

Some call our current administration a Kleptocracy, others call it a Kakistocracy, I say it's a Kleptokakistocracy
