An individual that's infamous in a community or in the internet for causing trouble as a Karen would. The difference between a Karen and a Karrorist is that this individual has caused trouble multiple times across different occasions.

Person 1: Have you seen that lady that was having a meltdown because of a cat in a Cat Cafe.
Person 2: Yeah, she's a Karrorist, it's the sixth incident this month.
