A kapuhuna is a dude or dudette who uses practicality and logic to totally pwn "spiritual gurus" and "wook" aka "woke" people, with quick-witted funny sarcasm, or humorous jokes.

"When the group ganged up on her and told her "she didn't love herself", some dude came outta nowhere all kapuhuna style and told them "quit projecting, your upper lips smell". It was pretty savage and hilarious.
