a place, most likely a school in particular, full of pretentious overachievers and white/hispanic teenagers who say the n word religiously whilst kissing up to teachers only to fail their classes due to excessive substance abuse, overestimating their studying abilities, and/or getting caught doing the nasty. people faker than their tans.
