a crappy little town on the outskirts of brisbane, which is mainly famous for the lack of jobs, rapists and gangs. You are only ever safe in ipswich if you are no where near bell street or train stations, or are friends with UTFM, one of the major gangs in ipswich. Otherwise known as ipshit or ippy, by the bogans.

Town on the outskirts of Brisbane, Australia. (also known as ippy Mainly inhabited by bogans. used to be prosperous coal mining town but the coal dried up and the miners stayed - now famous for its centrelink and large scale welfare depenancy. Also known as "the hole" and "the dump". The town centre is almost as grubby as the bogans that inabit the city

Ipswich is a large town in the middle of Suffolk, though to go there you'd think you were in an oil rig in the North Sea. Bad, butberry wearing, denim jacket blond highlighted gold jewlerry wearing women everywhere, a distinct lack of intelligent life and an atmosphere that could kill a dead fish.
