Someone with high power or an extremely high iQ.
Commonly used in when someone is trying to prove a point.

"Listen you are not powerful, you ignoranus!"
"U do know what that actually means right?"

Someone who is deliberately ignorant, stubborn refuses facts, and mocks others for being educated. Someone who is stupid just to be an ass.

They tried explaining the facts to him, but he was an ignoranus about it, and called them "woke libtards", and kept insisted that up was down.
