The worst nightmare of all shit taking scenarios. Whereas a normal shit comes out vertically with easy 'slideage', this shit forces its way out horizontally causing immense pain and anguish. The horizontal shit brings a tear to the eye of the person who feels almost like the shit is raping them from the inside.
