It means exactly what it sounds like it means. Partially horrible but when viewed in an overall sense completely awesome.

Ill never forget last night. That dollar a lap dance strip club was horribly awesome.

Something so hilariously horrible that it is, in fact, pretty awesome.

Friend 1: I just strangled, like, five thousand puppies. It was a bloodbath.
Friend 2: Wow man, that is pretty horriblawesome.
