Hookahke appears when one person inserts multiple smoke ejaculating hoses (usually generated by hookah) into available receiving hole (hopefully mouth) and receive as much smoke as possible.

Me and my friends had awesome hookahke yesterday. It was a huge blast.

The knobly thing on the end of the satellite dish seems to pick up all of the pictures but i dont know how but the hoojahkerpivot seems to do it
