A mod that abuses his power. Deleting, locking, etc., anything that s/he doesn't like, breaks a minor rule, "technically" breaks a rule, etc.

"Your comment has been removed because it has an unnecessary edit thanking someone for the gold." - Wow that guy is such a hitler mod.

German vehicles, in general. Mercedes and VW are most apt, but really, any German automobile company associated with WWII.
