2.) IT support term when one problem affects many people and they all ask you what to you, how to fix, what is going on?
Email server stops working and on the way to the restroom and I was Halljacked since everyone had to ask "Is the mail server down?"

Halljack 

One who is walking in an office work environment and is stopped by a co-worker who asks a quick question that takes 20 minutes to answer.
"Bob from accounting" is going to a meeting and his co-worker approaches him with a question and holds him hostage until he is satisfied with the answer "Bob from accounting" was Halljacked. When "Bob from accounting" is asked why he was late, he responses with, "I was Halljacked".

Cigarette: Northern slang for a cigarette, used oft by mashed up mancunian ravers becasue of the resemblance of a hot(electric)stove to the end of a lit cigarette. Originated circa 1991 in the early halcyon days of the rave culture; we speculate during a drug fuelled hallucination by said manc.
