An inexperienced driver attempting a 45 degree reverse angle park who first swoops their vehicle toward the gutter then unexpectedly and abruptly brings the nose of their vehicle back out into the driving lane toward the centre line into unexpecting traffic.

That gutter plover is a real shit driver!
