A Russian word for a person from Georgia (E. Europe). If used in a non-Russian conversation, such as in English, it can serve as an ethnic slur connoting derision and disgust. It is roughly an equivalent of using word "Ruski" for Russians in English. It is not always derisive, such as if used by a friend jokingly, etc.
