A ghilhan usually means "house of roses" in Turkish, but in some cases, it can be used as a name. People who hold that name are very rare and they're usually unique in their many hidden talents such as figuring out one's feelings with only one look. Geilhanded 

Said of a drawing, where the left and right hands are accidentally switched, or the character has two left or two right hands. When referring to feet, the term "geilfooted" is used.

Comes from the characters Jay and Enya Geil from the anime "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure", who both were regularly portrayed with two right hands.

"Look at this picture. There is no way they can be holding a gun like that without being totally geilhanded..."

Ghilman 

Ghilman refers to servant boys in Islamic heaven. The concept of servant boys is a popular trope (Robin and Batman, or Spongebob and Mr Krabs) as it contrasts the hierarchical dynamic between a father figure who leads and a loyal boy who serves (very common in Spongebob).

The Ghilman in heaven fulfill a similar role.

"The Quran mentions Ghilman (غِلْمَان) as servant boys who are one of the delights of heaven."
