Gemper is the term used by an illiterate or lazy console gamer that decides to insult someone who may or may not have been camping in a console game.

Gemper originally stems from Camper but is reprocessed into Gemper after a small aneurysm in the brain, resulting in dysphasia and the resulting in Gemper.
