where there is a group of four and three of them treat the fourth as the outsider, sometimes even make him/her do chores like getting the water, drinks, food etc. from the kitchen, kiosk etc.

It mostly happens to the latest joiner of the group.

"I'm sick of your 3 + 1 game, I do't even know anymore why I wanted to be the part of your group in the first place!"
