An elongated version of 'Fuck yeah!'. Fuck yeah! is most commonly used when you're happy about something, however 'fuuuuuuck ya' is usally used when your absolutey mortal and jsut cant be bothered to say the words properlly. it's usually slurred when being sdeuctive or just shit drunk.
