flops down

pejorative meant to capture judicial lexicon of "guilty" but in more social context, i.e. phrase used to deem another's attempt at being cool or heady as effectively not cool or heady.
Dude 1: I got so heady last night. I must have drank 10 michelob ultras and then bombed out to drive-by truckers 2nd studio album
Dude 2: Flops down Bro, hecka poser.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.
