A female inmate that has just arrived at prison. They are called this because their head isn't shaved and therefore can harbor all kinds of nasty little critters.

That fleamale is scratching her head. I bet she has lice!

A female who's been laying down with dogs for so long she's turned into just another blood thirsty flea.

The guy was tired of meeting nothing but fleamale's as he was starting to date females again.
