fish'n for boots n' tires

Kind of like fishing for compliments, this is someone who "Fishes" in the same way but for criticism. People do this to build sympathy from others and depict themselves as a victim. Often times, it's obviously fake. btw, the "Boots" and the "tires" can be used interchangeably.

"Omg Cathy keeps fish'n for boots n' tires. I can't believe people are falling for this."
