a high anxiety state produced in response to not knowing what the hell is going on; the fibrillating (i.e., quivering) of the rectal muscle that generally precedes sudden loss of sphincter control. Risk increases with higher level positions on company organizational chart.

Ventricular Fibrillation

Ventricular fibrillation is a heart rhythm problem that occurs when the heart beats with rapid, erratic electrical impulses. This causes pumping chambers in your heart (the ventricles) to quiver uselessly, instead of pumping blood. The remedy of this is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR, which is 30 chest pumps, 2 breaths, defibrillation, adrenaline, repeat)

Surgeon: "The patient in room 0713 is in ventricular fibrillation, we need a defibrillation kit and some adrenaline stat!"

Resuscitator: "Alright, I'm on my way!"
