To be hurt or killed by an explosion intended to destroy a wall, floor or ceiling. It is a reference to the YouTuber Ethoslab, who enjoys "breaching" rooms using TNT within the videogame Minecraft. This technique often results in anyone in the immediate vicinity being hurt.
