To be "enlazered" means to be fully enveloped by the laser of LZR B4SS.
Getting enlazered is either receiving the laser directly or absorbing it from another enlazered person nearby. The word comes from the English ("laser" - strong bundled light/ "a device that emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.") and was first used in this form by the iconic techno duo LZR B4SS.
Today, the word is mainly used in youth language and pop culture and it is hard to imagine life without it.

Breff: "Don't worry, just listen to our latest banger again, and I guarantee you're gonna be enlazered."

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
