This is a phrase I heard in the film "Bridget Jones's baby" meaning… A man who isn't using a condom during sex, preferably with a one-night stand. therefore he's not doing his part taking the necessary precautions one should in a temporary sexual relationship.

Having your genitalia and surround area freshly shaved or trimmed, ready for sexual activity.

Ben: I hope to slam Sarah tonight.
Gary: Nice man! Are you dressed for the occasion?

Ben: Yeah, I shaved my pubes earlier.
Gary: Hi-Five!
