A domestic terrorist, a Texan who acts Arabic, and in his free time he will throw pipe bombs at small hospitals, airports, universities, colleges, gift shops where there don't need to be gift shops. He loves monkeys, and is infatuated with them so much to the point that he murders anyone who doesn't like monkeys. Commonly found in tanks or in an old Toyota, he is a menace and a risk to international security.
