to tell a lie about a lie. usually done after the first statement was said and then denied right after.

jeff: dude, your mom is a bitch
dave: dude my mom died last year
jeff: oh shit i'm sorry to hear that
dave: i'm just kidding she didn't die, she's in colorado.
Jeff: u dick, why would u joke about that?
dave: actually she did die and is now buried in colorado
jeff: you...pyscho

dave double loop-ed jeff by saying his mom was dead, then that she wasn't but then actually telling him that she was dead. he technically did a half lie as well in dealing with colorado

A new 'Buzz Word' used in Management Meetings that assesses the outcomes discovered when reviewing a process already undertaken, but it also reveals why the reveiw was conducted.
