After playing facebook's diveman too long and then switching to jetman, the controls mess u up the first couple times.

Player #1: Uhg, i couldnt beat your challenge on jetman cus im suffering from divelag!
Player #2: HAHA! sucka!

Develagate

In leadership we want to develop our staff surrounding us, so rather than just delegating things for them to do, empower them. We need to develagate for successful team building.

I am hoping to develop leaders within my team by delagating in an empowering manner, therefore I chose to develagate.
