Develagate

In leadership we want to develop our staff surrounding us, so rather than just delegating things for them to do, empower them. We need to develagate for successful team building.
I am hoping to develop leaders within my team by delagating in an empowering manner, therefore I chose to develagate.

develegate

Delegating development activities, usually done by non-technical technical people like managers and directors when they have an idea and figure they can just have somebody code it. Often comes up with proof of concept work and when creating solutions for new processes. Effective if you have skilled coders/programmers and a good understanding of what's actually possible.
We need a new app that will transform the widget in real-time, so I'm going to develegate that to Antonio.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
